Big Vision
Snapping a selfie in front of a Lamborghini parked in front of a 10,000-sq ft mansion in the Hollywood Hills to show every one of your 20M followers on Instagram:
“I’ve made it.”
This, or a similar image, is what the majority of the younger generations have in mind when they think of ‘achieving status.’
Let’s change that.
What would the world look like if we tie status to how much we give back to society instead; to how many schools we’ve helped build or communities we’ve helped gain access to clean water; to how many lives we’ve positively impacted?
I believe redefining status and status symbols is one step closer to helping solve some of the world’s biggest problems.
"Don't ask yourself what the world needs.
Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that,
because what the world needs is people who have come alive."
Providing Education to Children in Need
My CPA calls me crazy, but I decided to donate $50 from each course I sell to Pencils of Promise, an organization helping build schools around the world. Just $50 provides access to education for one child for almost an entire year. Pretty nuts, right?
Accessibility
I know that some students can’t afford my course. So I am offering it FOR FREE to those in need. Get in touch and tell me why this course would make a difference in your life and how to plan to turn around and help others. There’s a ton of institutional discrimination that we need to break through, so let’s do it together.
Book Donations
I regularly donate books to charities directly from the profits my company makes, because I’m a big believer that one book has the power to change your life.
One night while studying for my finals in grad school, a friend asked me to go out for drinks. When I politely declined, because I wanted to continue prepping for my finals, she said something pretty profound that stuck with me:
“Fabi, 99% of what you’re learning right now you’ll never need again anyways.”
And as I’ve grown up, I realized that she was pretty darn right.
The challenge: Our education system doesn’t teach us the knowledge we REALLY need to live our best, most fulfilling and impactful lives.
Imagine how your life would be different, if you had learned about the following topics in high school?

How to overcome your biggest fears
How aligning yourself with a purpose can contribute to feelings of joy and positive self-worth
How to embrace selflessness to become a remarkable leader
How to fuel your body with the right nutrition and sleep
How to place value on delayed gratification
How to stay laser-focused on one thing at a time
How to make gratitude a part of your day-to-day life
How to find joy in the little things
How to live more in the present
How giving back to society is essential to a healthy existence
How compound interest can help you become a millionaire if you start saving early—and give you more resources to help more people in need.
And so much more!
A few years back I visited one of my best friends in Southeast Asia. She worked for a spa that employs blind people to help reintegrate them into society.
We were swimming in a picturesque turquoise bay in Railay Beach in Thailand, when I accidentally hit a turtle—or at least, that’s what I thought at first.
Turns out, it was a full plastic soda bottle.
To my surprise, it was not just one, there were dozens of discarded plastic bottles floating in what I thought was a pristine slice of nature.
When you travel the world, especially visiting developing nations, you start noticing the colossal gap. How we in the developed world live life in a complete bubble, shielded by our own ignorance from what’s really going on in the world.
I mean… There’s a reason why Elon Musk wants to build a new human habitat on Mars, because we might actually outlive Earth based on how we’re currently treating it.
The challenge: For the majority of us, the threat of climate change may not have directly impacted our lives—yet.
Imagine a world in which we educate ourselves about the state of our environment, and how we can take action to generate change, even if it inconveniences us a little bit in the short term.
Moving away from a #yolo mentality toward a #wolo mentality—we only live once.
A world in which it’s not just about the bottom line, it’s about the animals who share our planet, it’s about our kids and grandkids, it’s about the survival of our entire species. Sounds dramatic, but the future we are creating now is no joke.
I regularly shine the spotlight on companies that are working toward a more sustainable future to raise awareness and educate around the topic. Make sure to follow me on Instagram.

I founded this company to build the next generation of leaders, to redefine ‘status’ and to help tackle the world’s real big problems.
The more selfless and purpose-driven leaders we have in our world, the better off our world will be.
My long-term goal is to build 100M leaders by 2030.
Every time I talk to people about the impact I want to create with my company, I get that Fabi-you're-absolutely-crazy-and-disillusionary-and-out-of-your-mind look.
And every time that happens…
I know I’m on the right track.
We have the future of our world in our hands—each one of us is holding a piece to the puzzle.
Let’s get to work. Start with empowering yourself and then making it a mission to empower the people around you and align our actions toward tackling some of our world’s biggest challenges.
I’m beyond excited you’re here! You’re at the right place to drive meaningful change.
Cheers to joining the next generation of leaders,
—Fabi

Picture me taking my basset hound mix Ernie on a morning stroll around the neighborhood with a podcast in my headphones. The interviewer mentions a book, and the next thing I know I find myself hitting that bright orange “Buy Now” button on Amazon.
